Product and production
Do you produce custom sizes?
Yes. Alongside the 75 standard products in the catalogue we produce custom sizes to order; simply write the size you need in the Message field of the quote form.
Are the products available in RAL colours?
61 of the 75 standard products can be produced in standard RAL colours on request; those product pages carry the “RAL colour option” badge. State the RAL code you want in your request.
Mitred or rounded corners?
Products with a corner option are offered with both mitred and rounded corners. The corner changes the article code: the size table on the product page lists a separate code per size for each corner, and the code you add to the quote list is the one for the corner you picked. In a browser with JavaScript switched off your corner choice cannot be read and the first code of the row is sent; you can correct it by typing the code you want into the article field on the quote form.
How are the products mounted?
Mounting depends on the product: the catalogue can be filtered by the mounting facet into wall mounted, floor standing, desktop and hanging. Badges on the product page additionally show screw, tape and magnetic mounting, and the details for your product are settled in the quote.
Can I request a sample?
Note your sample request in the Message field of the quote form. We assess it per product and quantity and come back to you together with the quote.
Ordering and delivery
Is there a minimum order quantity?
The minimum quantity depends on the product, and the figure that applies to your order is stated in the quote. Enter the quantity you need in the quote form; if anything differs we tell you when we reply.
What is the lead time?
Production time depends on the product, the size and the quantity; the lead time for your order is given together with the quote.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we serve domestic and export orders from our own plant. Enter the destination in the Country field of the quote form and add any delivery details in the Message field; shipping terms are stated in the quote.
Do the products come with a warranty?
Warranty terms depend on the product; the terms that apply to your order are stated in writing in the quote and in the order confirmation.
What are the payment terms?
Payment terms are set out in the quote. Send the quote form with your company details and we include the terms in the quote we send back.
Catalogue and quotes
Where can I download the catalogue?
Every product page offers that product’s catalogue page as a PDF. The general catalogue covering the whole range is at /katalog/rts-katalog-2024.pdf.
How does the quote list work?
Tick the article rows you want in the size table on a product page and add them to the list; the items are collected on the Quote list page and sent in a single form, where you set the quantities. The flow also works in a browser with JavaScript switched off: the rows you ticked fill the form directly, each with a quantity of 1 that you can change before sending. If a required field is missing your valid product items are kept, and you only complete the missing details and send again.
